We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to operate Inspose, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. These providers process data solely to deliver the Service on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. Concluded or removed events retain a lightweight history log (event name, client, dates, and upload totals) even after the underlying content is removed, so photographers keep an accurate record of past work.

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time from account settings, or by contacting us directly. You may also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and role-based access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Inspose is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
